Damage Waiver Program/Required Tenant Liability Insurance: We require for the duration of the lease agreement, including renewals and extensions, that resident(s) either (A) are enrolled in our Damage Waiver Program, or (B) maintain Insurance providing at least $100,000 of coverage per occurrence for your legal liability for damage to the owner's property for no less than the following causes of loss: fire, smoke, explosion, backup, or overflow of sewer, drain or sump, water damage, and falling objects is the Minimum Required Liability Insurance, and provide evidence of policy as required by lease.
